Enhanced Capital Partners LLC

Enhanced Capital Partners (“Enhanced”) is a specialized insurance investment entity that participates in state-sponsored CAPCO programs. The CAPCO program provides an economic development incentive, enabling states to encourage private sector investment activity in target industries. Because of the role of venture capital in the formation of developing industries, CAPCO programs are used as a mechanism to cultivate small business development in high-growth industries and provide a framework for states to foster local entrepreneurship. Enhanced was founded in 1999 and is closely associated with Berkshire Hathaway. Enhanced retained Watch Hill Partners to lead the company's recapitalization effort, including the raising of growth capital and providing a fairness opinion for existing shareholders.

In a difficult capital markets environment, WHP successfully negotiated and placed the new round of equity financing with Reservoir Capital, a leading and respected financial sponsor.
