David Dickson joined Watch Hill Partners as a Partner in October 2008. Before joining Watch Hill, Mr. Dickson was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Merrill Lynch. His primary responsibilities included the coverage of large capitalization financial sponsors and business development for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that role, Mr. Dickson was the head of the Global Industrial Mergers and Acquisitions group at UBS where he was a senior member of the Business Review Group and the Fairness Opinion Committee, as well as the head of the Diversity Steering Committee. Mr. Dickson joined UBS’s predecessor firm, Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., in 1986 and his career there included roles in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking and corporate finance across a variety of industries. Mr. Dickson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Harvard Business School.
